What is a birth report?
A birth report (also called a birth chart or kundli) is a detailed astrological map of the sky at your exact moment of birth. It reveals your personality traits, strengths, challenges, and life path based on planetary positions.
What information do I need?
You need your full name, gender, date of birth, exact time of birth (HH:MM), and place of birth (city & country). The more accurate the time, the more precise your report.
How long does it take?
Reports are delivered within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation. Premium reports may be delivered within 24 hours.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, we offer a 7-day refund policy if you are not satisfied with your report. See our Refund Policy page for details.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All birth details are encrypted during transmission and storage. We never share your personal information with third parties.
What if I don’t know my exact birth time?
If the exact time is unknown, we can still generate a report using sunrise time on your birth date. However, the accuracy may be reduced, especially for rising sign and house analysis.
Which astrology system do you use?
We primarily use Vedic (Indian) astrology with elements of Western tropical astrology. You can choose your preferred system during checkout.
Can I gift a report to someone?
Yes! You can purchase a report as a gift. Just enter the recipient’s birth details and their email address. We’ll deliver the report directly to them.
