When you place an order, we collect: name, gender, email address, phone number, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, and payment information (processed securely by Razorpay ? we never store card details).

2. How We Use Your Information

Your birth details are used solely to generate your personalized birth report. Your email is used to deliver the report and send order confirmations. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest. Birth details are stored securely and automatically deleted 90 days after order completion. Payment data is handled entirely by Razorpay’s PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.

4. Cookies

We use minimal cookies for essential functionality (session management) and analytics (if you consent). You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email us at support@birthcode.in.

6. Third-Party Services

We use Razorpay for payment processing and Google Workspace for email. These services have their own privacy policies.
