BirthCode reports are personalized digital products created using the details provided by the customer.

Personalized digital product

Once report preparation or delivery has started, refunds are generally not available because the product is customized for the customer.

If you contact us quickly before report preparation begins, BirthCode Labs may review cancellation or refund requests case-by-case.

Please check your name, date of birth, language, and selected report before payment. If you notice a mistake, contact support as early as possible.

If you paid but did not receive your report, contact us with payment proof and order details. We will help verify and deliver the report.
